Adam spent 8+ years as Managing Director – APJ at impact.com, a US SaaS company, where he built the entire Asia Pacific business from the ground up. He launched and scaled offices across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, and Greater China — managing every function: sales, customer success, operations, marketing, partnerships, legal, HR and P&L.

Before impact.com, Adam ran APAC as Managing Director at RhythmOne and RadiumOne — delivering 125% to budget, 80% client retention, and building the sales and BD functions across the region. He's also held senior commercial roles at ninemsn and Southern Cross Austereo, leading large teams and consistently beating budget.

He's held the quota. Hired the team. Opened the markets. Had the hard conversations. Black T Global is built on 20+ years of doing — not advising.
